Enza Essentials Return Policy

We love our products, and sincerely hope you will, too!  We offer free product samples to try before ordering full-size containers to ensure your enjoyment of each product before purchase.  There is nominal shipping fee of $1.00 per sample.

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased through Enza Essentials, please contact our office direct at (715)-833-2116 or toll free at (800)456-8222.

Our products are selected and packed for shipping with great care.  However, if your product would arrive in a damaged or defective condition, please notify us via phone and a prompt replacement withing 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns on overly used products.
