Terms and Shipping

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped UPS unless specified otherwise. Shipping charges will be added to all invoices.

Packages being shipped Internationally will be charged actual shipping cost and $10 per $100 of order for handling.

Terms:

$300.00 minimum on opening orders (checks, Visa or MasterCard). $50.00 reorder minimum. Any returned check will incur a $25.00 fee. We reserve the right to not ship an order if previous order(s) have not been paid in full.

Packages being shipped Internationally will be paid with U.S. currency, Visa or MasterCard.

Return Policy:

Only full cases of same items may be returned within 30 days following our shipping date. A 20% restocking charge will be assessed. Return shipping will be paid by customer.

Damages:

If you receive damaged merchandise, we must be notified within 7 days. As soon as we are notified, we will be happy to reship your product. It is also important that you keep the damaged box and contents. UPS must have this in order to approve a damage claim
